How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
It usually takes 2-5 hours for the carpets to fully dry after we leave but it also depends on the drying conditions. Our technicians can recommend you ways to speed up the drying time.
Will the carpet team move the furniture?
Our technicians will shift around and move light furniture but unfortunately due to insurance limitations our technicians are not allowed to move heavy or large furniture.
Do you use environmentally friendly materials?
We use natural hypo allergenic products which are 100% safe for children and pets.
Do you offer same day service?
Even though we cannot guarantee same day service everyday of the year, we usually leave emergency windows for people who need service ASAP. The best way to know is to give us a call and we can let you know.
Which type of cleaning method do you use?
We used professional steam cleaning which has been proven to be the most effective in home cleaning.
Do you provide free quotes?
Absolutely! We can give you a general quote over the phone but if you want we can give you a quote at your home, and if you choose to hire us we can clean it right there and then.
